Functional HIIT Circuit
A combination of weighted and bodyweight exercises. Set up in a circuit format and based on timed intervals. Comprising of hard bursts of high-intensity exercise, followed by shorter rest periods. The perfect way to kick start the week and burn a tonne of calories!
Upper Body/Lower Body Strength
Designed with the atmosphere of a small group PT session. This class is run with two trainers on the floor, to ensure correct lifting technique and maximum results.
These classes are by far our most sought after. The session starts out with heavier (slow and controlled) lifts, which are then carried out over a 4-week block to focus on progressive overload. From here you will move onto a variety of faster-paced circuits (AMRAP finishers) that will change from week to week. This winning combo allows us to create the perfect balance of strength and endurance.
Targeted at both the beginner and advanced lifter, this class is for anyone wanting to build lean muscle and improve their overall strength and performance. We highly recommend attending BOTH upper and lower body classes if you wish to achieve the ultimate body composition.
